Rub down and Metal detecting searching
This course explains the procedures of how to effectively carry out a level A and Level B rub down search on both male and female persons including the use of a metal detector. This course is ideal for schools, colleges and event hosting organisations such as arenas. The course lasts half a day.

Course objectives:
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Lawfully and respectfully search a person.
- Search with dignity.
- Explain to and reassure the person being searched about the procedure.
- Search personal belongings and areas such as lockers and rooms.
- Search for items used to prevent detection by searching or metal detectors.
- Understand and know what to do with confiscated items (preservation of evidence).
