This three hour course demonstrates to delegates how prisoners condition staff, how staff condition staff and how we condition ourselves. We look at how conditioning and manipulation started in the institutions such as the Prison Service and the possible devastating consequences of successful conditioning. We explain and explore the seven steps of conditioning and how to effectively counter conditioning tactics used by prisoners.
